Elma Clean Box

The ELMA Clean Box is and Ultrasonic cleaning unit for small cleaning tasks. With a wide range of accessories, the Clean Box is perfect for cleaning many items, including jewellery, spectacles, prosthesis and instruments. The cleaning beakers allow hygenic cleaning of mulitple items at the same time.

Ultrasonic cleaning units in six different sizes

Two different ultrasonic frequencies in one unit (frequency can be changed during operation):

• 37 kHz - for coarse contaminations, for dissolving, blending, dispersing and degassing
• 80 kHz – noise-reduced operation, ideal for quiet work areas, prolonged ultrasonic cleaning cycle, perfect for the cleaning of hollow spaces, e.g. capillaries

MULTI PURPOSE TRANSDUCERS convert the RF-voltage produced
in the generator to mechanical oscillations in a highly efficient manner. The transducers guarantee optimal results in a variety of tasks when welding, cutting, soldering, drilling, punching, and riveting and in special applications through their high efficiency and an output of up to 14,000 watts.

SONIC DIGITAL DIN rail generators are tailored to meet the requirements of ultrasonic unit manufacturers.

Whether fitting out a unit for the first time or retrofitting an existing installation-they can be integrated into control cabinets quickly and easily with a single “click”.

The power range up to 2,000 Watts, digital frequency generation and control, absolutely constant power output and interval function make the SONIC DIGITAL HS ideal for applications that require an extremely precise sonic focus.

The option of positioning the power unit and control console at different locations is a further advantage. These generators also offer the greatest operational reliability and protection against short-circuit. No load and overload operation come as standard.

SONIC DIGITAL MULTI – Multi Frequency Modular Generators

SONOSUB MULTI – Submersible Transducer

SONIC DIGITAL MULTI module generators can generate up to three frequencies in a single device. This allows ultrasonic cleaning systems to be made smaller and more flexible, offering maximum flexibility and efficiency. SONIC DIGITAL MULTI generators are available as a three frequency device with 40, 80 and 120 kHz and as a two frequency device with 25 and 50 kHz, and can be used together with the SONOSUB MULTI submersible transducer, which are specially tuned to the appropriate frequencies.

Because the frequency is generated and controlled digitally, the power output can always be adjusted in the range from 10% to 100%. The SONIC DIGITAL MULTI module generators are also equipped with a connectable interval function which ensures that the parts are processed in an appropriate manner, whatever the cleaning task. Weber Ultrasonic has equipped the SONOSUB MULTI with a set of special transducer elements; each of these elements can optimally convert the emitted mechanical oscillations of the respective frequency into Ultrasonic waves. This assures higher efficiency in comparison with other systems.

Ultrasonic Generator

SONIC DIGITAL ULC generators are ideal for cleaning applications where an output of up to 400 Watt is sufficient. Small, compact, robust and cost-efficient, they impress with digital frequency generation and control, constant power output and their interval function. This guarantees precise Ultrasonic treatment of components.

The premium version with encoder, LED performance and status display with LDC multi-function display with detailed plain text display offers easy and safe operation.

Also available as an option for the basic version is a service unit or a removable front control panel with multi-function display. An RS 485 interface is also available if you wish to operate the generators from your PC. The SONIC DIGITAL ULC generators are also equipped with various protective functions for the highest operational reliability.

SONOPLATE ®

Ultrasonic Plate Transducers

SONOPLATE plate transducers are the ideal solution for cleaning tanks where space is at a premium. They are fitted to the outside of containers with welded or press-on mounting frames, thus saving space.

The sound generated is directed extremely accurately into the liquid by the diaphragm. The high-grade transducer elements developed by Weber Ultrasonics using piezo technology ensure a maximum sonic yield and thereby shorter treatment times.

The plate transducers are available in numerous standard frequencies and as customer-specific designs. For applications that are particularly sensitive to soiling, such as medical equipment, they are optionally available with angled diaphragms.

SONOPOWER

Ultrasonic Module Generators

Tried and tested devices which have been specifically developed for the high demands of industrial cleaning technology.

Requiring a minimum of space, the extremely compact generator modules in the SONOPOWER series can be implemented in even the most extensive systems, such as applications in industrial component cleaning or electroplating. Each module is an independent power unit which can be monitored and controlled separately via a programmable controller interface.

Three different casings are available for the generators: Depending on the total output, the GTE 84 casing can host a maximum of 5 modules and the power is supplied as three-phrase current 3x400 Volt 50/60 Hz (5-wire system). Up to 2 modules with a maximum output of 1,500 W each can be integrated into the GTE 42 casing. As for the GTE 28 casing, which has been designed for 1 module with up to 2 kW power output, a single phase mains connection with 230 Volt 50/60 Hz is sufficient as power supply.

Ultrasonic Rod Transducer

Innovative high-tech components guarantee maximum performance while demanding a minimum of space: up to six UMC modules can be integrated in one 19” housing.
