MDM Series

The MDM machine series is designed especially to accommodate multiple load baskets and is focused on degreasing high volumes of smaller precision components. The wide range of standard MDM machines sizes cater for the variation in specific requirements of individual customers providing a flexible and tailored degreasing solution. The flexible degreasing process of the MDM machine range provides high performance degreasing using spray, immersion and vapour operations and for more complex applications including small bore, blind holes and multi-skinned components, the machines include rotation and oscillation motion. Ultrasound technology is also available as an option. The MDM series is available in two drying formats. The standard MDM machine is equipped with recirculating heated or drying. The MDMV design is equipped with a drying system based on vacuum technology.

Both drying formats include integrated solvent recovery using advanced refrigeration technology providing for optimised performance and efficiency with minimised thermal impact on solvent stability.

MUM Series

image shown is MUM300THE MUM MACHINES SERIES is designed especially to accommodate individual load baskets and is suitable for degreasing larger baskets of multiple components or single heavier items in baskets or on pallets. The wide range of standard MUM machine sizes caters for the variation in specific requirements of individual customers providing a flexible and tailored degreasing solution.

Each MUM model can be customised to enable the use of basket designs specific to the geometry and nature of the customer’s components.

The flexible degreasing process of the MUM machine range provides high performance degreasing using spray, immersion and vapour operations and for
more complex applications including small bore, blind holes and multi-skinned components the machines include rotation and oscillation motion. Ultrasound Technology is also available as an option.

Amicus MDM PX Range

An independent configuration of the MDM technology, designed to provide affordable, SER compliant, precision solvent degreasing for the smaller user. The compact Amicus MDM PX units utilise the proven degreasing, drying, solvent recovery and distillation technology of the larger MDM machines with a focus on smaller standard basket dimensions and simplified control facilities to provide a lower cost option. The PX machines are available in either vacuum or hot air drying formats and there are two basket options to choose from. The degreasing process options include vapour, spray, immersion, static, rotation, oscillation and ultrasonics. As standard they are configured for use with perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene options are also available.

Elmasonic X-tra LSM

Ultrasonic cleaning in flammable solvents. The only ultrasonic unit available worldwide for the use of solvents with a flashpoint of 55°C and higher.

CE conformity and compliance with RFI, WEEE and RoHS directives and regulations prototype TÜV approved. 2 sizes available: 250 (28 l) and 550 (60 l)
ultrasonic unit that can be operated at two different frequencies (frequency can be changed during operation), for the non-aqueous cleaning, degreasing, paint removal and removal of residues of glues and adhesives.
Safe environment through optional edge suction device.
Available and operable as single unit or as part of a modular X-tra line, with remote control interface.
