Elmasonic X-tra basic

Powerful floor-mounted ultrasonic units
Numerous features make operating the units easy and efficient at the same time. All units are roller mounted and can be moved to various places in production sites and workshops.
Multi-frequency at 25 and 45 kHz in one unit, for the removal of coarse contaminations and for the cleaning of surface coatings.

Operation: ergonomical, easy, clearly arranged operating elements, splashproof.
Sweep: even distribution of power throughout the cleaning bath.

Elmasonic X-tra line precision

Multi-frequency cleaning line for the fine cleaning applications before inspection and coating.
Two different tank sizes: X-tra line precision 300 and 500.
Multi-frequency technology 25/45 kHz or 35/130 kHz.

The tanks have rounded corners, electro-polished surfaces and specially designed piping to prevent entrapment and optimize the draining of liquid residues.

Additional complimentary units for specific cleaning tasks.
Hot air dryer with a precision particle filter.
Infra-Red dryer.
Enclosure with laminar flow air filters for cleaning under clean room conditions.
Manual or automatic robot system.
Module systems, variable operating screen with visualization to control and monitor the process.
